In March 2008 Heimann Foodmaker Group was sold to Newly Weds Foods - Asia Pacific where it operates as part of the Newly Weds Foods - Asia Pacific Australian operations.

Heimann Industries was formed in Sydney in 1977. In the early 1980's, Foodmaker products Pty Ltd was acquired and Heimann Foodmaker Group was established.

Executive Chef Products was formed in 1985 to supply specialised ingredients to the food service industry.

Nine production powder mixers in Sydney and three in Perth produce more than 450 tonnes of food ingredients per month.
